Haringey Shed is an inclusive performaing arts company for young people.

We provides a range of term time after school activities and holiday programmes as well as outreach work in the community, working in local schools, nurseries and community centres.

Our after school activities include;

Theatre, Music, Dance, Singing, Acting, Technical Theatre

We also run a Volunteering programme which includes opportunities for young people as Ambassadors.

The Ambassadors are a group of our 13 – 18 year olds who have an interest in volunteering and helping others.

For example our Youth Theatre members join Children’s Theatre and act as support for our younger members.

For the majority they then stay on and participate as a member in their own right.

This opportunity allows them to primarily have a really fun and engaging experience, but also to develop the other skills that are required for this work, such as teamwork, building confidence, enabling responsibility and being a leader.

The Ambassadors also help us with our other events and act as a voice for the members of Haringey Shed.
