Do you feel like your drug or alcohol use might be becoming a problem? Maybe you just have some questions and would like to learn how to be safer.

All the support we provide is free.

We have helped many young people who felt that their use was becoming a problem, and those who just had some queries on their minds about certain substances. 

We help young people up to the age of 25.

• Giving advice and information about drugs and alcohol
• Discussing what you are using, how much, and how often
• Supporting the changes you'd like to make
• Teaching you new ways to cope
• Helping you to cut down, quit and gain control
