Since 2016 Bournemouth Water has been part of the Pennon Group Plc and managed by South West Water who provide water and wastewater service provider for a population of c. 1.7 million in Cornwall, Devon, and parts of Somerset and Dorset.

Bournemouth Water supplies water to nearly half a million people in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.  We continue to be one of the best performers in the UK water sector and have a record of customer service excellence.  We own and manage several sites across Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire. 

We believe that by investing in the future of our region, we are not only improving the quality of life for today’s residents and visitors but are also taking responsibility for future generations.
