Opening up creative opportunities to learn from professionals, grow a network and most importantly access life changing opportunities and paid work.

Level Up Programme

Each year we take young people on to our MYM team, providing more intensive skills training and personal development for absolute beginners, intermediate through to advanced. On their own creative projects and professional commissions they quickly build the experience and confidence they need to progress to paid roles. Setting their own goals, attending meetings and learning from peer mentors and industry professionals.

Our team reflects our community and places are available to young creatives who have not taken a traditional path; qualifications are not essential but commitment is.

Young people that have completed our programme, go on to work in the industry or join our professional Fully Focused Team leading on projects and taking on a range of paid roles.
