Fighting Knife Crime London, founded in June 2021, is a not-for-profit resource for everyone living in Greater London.
We act in collaborative partnership with Catch22, Local Village network, the Mayor of London, the Metropolitan Police and many others in the work we do.
We provide a free listing service via an online form, a regular magazine, a research area, as well as a up-to-date news and information service to all seeking to find solutions to fight youth violence and disengagement, as well as its consequences.
We host the widest range of all community groups, employment providers, sport, arts, mental health, mentoring and training groups, as well as mutual support organisations.
We list help lines, funders, community, and local government information services relating to anything which might help young people.
It is also a major academic information resource, with an accessible database of information and a direct link thorough to the websites of all organisations listed.
We also work in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University, and Iconic Media Solutions to improve, maintain and to ensure up-to-date project and research news, and provide the opportunity to contribute to our regular magazine. Listed organisations can use our forms to submit events and articles about new projects or to promote an upcoming event.
We aim to help young Londoners find the help they need , and volunteers to find how their talents can best be used to help others.
We all have a part to play.
