Gateway Community Training CIC:
Delivering pre-employability training and employer lead job opportunities to young and older people.

This will create healthy and sustainable communities through access to vast network of partners and other third-party providers.

We want to empower Ex-offenders with the knowledge that shapes and directs their business pathways, and other key groups Black and Ethnic Minority (‘BAME’) demographic who are furthest from the labour market.

As experienced deliverers of pre-employability programmes, we aim to provide bespoke and holistic training to meet the needs of young people and prospective employers.

• Health and Safety Courses
• Health and Social Care Courses
• Hospitality Courses
• PTS Courses
• Security SIA Courses
• Soft Skill Courses

All of our participants who successfully gain a CSCS card and Level 1 Award in Health and Safety through our intensive training, will be guaranteed a job interview within the construction industry.
