The guides includes groups for girls and women of all ages - Rainbows, Brownies, and Guides for under 14s; Rangers for 14-18, and Inspire for 18-30 year olds.

There are loads of ways to get involved. Some of our opportunities are through volunteering with local Girlguiding units, others you can do on your own.
