Services available via the Wealdstone Hub are held at Wealdstone Youth Centre, Cedars Youth and Community Centre, The Pinner Centre and Beacon Centre.

The Wealdstone Hub services are available for children and young people aged between 9 years old and 18 years old (or 25 years for adults with disabilities).
