We believe in emotional health and wellbeing for all.

We’re a Greenwich-based charity that promotes emotional health and wellbeing, and offers a range of therapeutic services. We support people of all ages and from all walks of life, irrespective of their ability to pay.

Adult services include:

• One-to-one talking therapies
• Dance and movement therapy
• Art therapy
• Group work and support groups
• Online counselling during COVID-19

We’re also working in partnership with Lewisham Council on their Lewisham Domestic Abuse Portal providing vulnerable adults with information and support.
