Making the Leap - Islington Jobcentre Referrals

Everything we do with our young people is about raising their aspirations and includes developing the key soft skills vital for life and the world of work such as confidence, communication skills, organisational skills, motivation and time keeping.

We offer our Fellows ongoing coaching for as long as they need, as well as holistic support such as counselling, to ensure that they are fully equipped for their next step.

At Making The Leap we recognise that there are so many talented young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who, with the right support and opportunities, can go on to make a great contribution to society.
