Engaging with Employers to assist with increasing diversity of employment opportunities and setting up a Recruitment Agency approach.
- 16 - 24 Year old Young Black Men (YBMs) who are resident in Brent. This includes unemployed and employed.
- For those in employment, the aim of the programme would be to support with higher paid employment or increased career progression.
