MentorNect is a registered UK Charity, providing free accessible, educational and effective mentoring services to young adults between the ages of 18-30 to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; and with that help, contribute to the relief of unemployment in England.

Mission: To contribute to the well-being, career and personal development of young adults through mentoring.

Vision: To make mentoring easily accessible for young adults and promote the idea that this can be a fun, fruitful, and fulfilling journey.

Programmes: The programmes we offer will create partnerships with businesses, colleges, local schools, councils, universities and charities focused on young people. The following are our two most popular: 

MentorNect6: The core service, young people between the ages of 18-30 either in an already established career and/or in education the opportunity to interact with our experienced professionals, pinpoint areas in which the young adult might need guidance in and devise ways to find adequate solutions. Our experienced professionals then seek to devise strategies coupled with advice, to help tackle these areas and help the young adult thrive not only in the workplace but also aid in their overall personal development.

MentorNect+: After going through the MentorNect6 programme, mentees will be given the opportunity to continue their sessions with their mentors at a subsidised rate for 4 sessions over 12 weeks
