Turn Around is a volunteer based charity project with a proven track record of providing effective one-to-one numeracy, literacy and English language support to adults and children.
Volunteers at Turn Around aim to nurture understanding and confidence in all our students, by providing a safe and non-judgemental environment for learning. All Turn Around students are individually assessed when they start with us, and their progress is continually monitored.
At Turn Around we value a volunteer’s contribution and hope they find satisfaction in making it. Sometimes people volunteer with us as a way of gaining experience in a possible career path, and we welcome opportunities to encourage this.
