Making The Leap is an innovative grassroots societal change charity that aims to make a big difference. From direct delivery, to advocacy and leadership, we refuse to stay in our lane and believe passionately that those we exist to serve have the right to be anything they want to be

At Making The Leap we recognise that there are so many talented young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who, with the right support and opportunities, can go on to make a great contribution to society. We have developed a range of services and work with partners to help our candidates overcome the barriers they face, so that they can fulfil their potential. 

These services include:

• Projects aimed at helping them secure life-changing career opportunities
• Helping them access Higher level Apprenticeships or go to Russell Group universities
• Leadership and career development programmes
