The Pre-teen Transitions Youth Club is based at the MyPlace Youth and Community Centre every Friday evening from 5-7pm

The group is for school aged young people in Years 6 and 7 with the aim to help them transition from Primary to Secondary school.

Fun activities, ongoing well-being support, meet new friends
