The Monthly Let’s Talk Carers is where you can meet other Islington carers, share tips and how you’re feeling! It’s also a great place to get advice and to meet members of the Islington Carers Hub team.

Join us in person or via Zoom for a new monthly get together for Islington unpaid carers (aged 18+). Take part in an active network of Islington unpaid carers!

• 10am – Coffee & pastries on arrival
• 10.15am – Islington Carers updates
  What are the challenges that you’re currently finding as an Islington unpaid carer? Who would you like to hear from? What activities would you like to see coming up as part of this regular monthly get together? Help us to shape future monthly sessions!
• 10.45 – 11.45am – Self-Compassion Taster session
  Find relaxation and an attitude of kindness, compassion and appreciation for ourselves.
