A FREE inclusive weekly aerial class for young people aged 13-25 who have mental health issues and/or are living under challenging circumstances in Camden, Islington or Haringey.
When: Wednesdays 4.30pm-6.30pm during term time
Where: Caxton House Community Centre, 129 St Johns Way, N19 3RQ
Join our year-long programme and try aerial acrobatics. You will learn exciting moves on aerial cocoon, silks, hoop and chinese pole. No previous experience is necessary- we will start from the beginning! You can see a video of the kind of things you'll learn here.
Once you've had a go on everything, you will be able to choose your favorite and continue learning on that apparatus.

Taster Sessions
We are running 2 day sessions to give you a chance to try 4 aerial apparatus; silks, hoop, cocoon, and chinese pole. They'll be running 10.30am-4.30pm and there are 4 to choose from:
22nd & 23rd of August
24th & 25th of August
29th & 30th of August
31st of August & 1st of September.

Regular Sessions
You are welcome to sign up for the year.
Sessions will be every Wednesday 4.30pm-6.30pm during term time and start on the 13th of September.

What we mean by challenging circumstances or mental health issues is people from low-income households, people from the global majority or who identify as LGBTQ+, neurodiverse people, people who experience anxiety, depression, disordered eating etc.
