The Kindness Foundation is a charity founded by Kurt Geiger, dedicated to giving young people, no matter their background, opportunities and support needed to enter the creative industry.

 

The Kindness Foundation launched, Business by Design, a dedicated in-house learning programme designed by young people for young people to help the next generation unlock their full potential and enter the creative business industry.

 

The programme runs for one day a week at the Kurt Geiger head office in London over 7 months . The blended programme is FREE and part-time to allow for other commitments. It includes paid work experience and combines inspirational masterclasses with hands-on skill sessions in Design, Buying, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Human Resources (HR), Merchandising, Sales, and Finance, with mentorship directly from experienced Kurt Geiger professionals.  

 

The young future professionals have been integrated into the Kurt Geiger community with access to the academy studio at Kurt Geiger HQ for the duration of the programme.
