Who can apply to be in the YWAG?The YWAG Induction Programme
We provide a thorough induction programme to support you with developing skills and confidence needed to use your lived experience at work in a safe and boundaried way, as well as become a fully embedded member of the team. The programme includes:Elevate - Abianda’s CPD accredited leadership skills development programme for young women;
A workshop focusing on how to work safely using your lived experience in professional contexts and whilst maintaining personal and professional boundaries
The same induction training provided to all new Abianda employees;
Access to Abianda’s professional development training modules for professionals - for free!
Joining Abianda’s full-team meetings, social events and internal professional development trainings
