LITC engages with young people throughout the UK to encourage participation in society, employment and learning.

Through our Youth Programmes and dedicated team of Youth Officers, LITC's supports young people from a range of backgrounds to move forwards, gain qualifications, develop Life Skills, obtain employment and give back to their communities.

Through a robust mentoring system, LITC is actively trying to improve the opportunities available to young people in this country and help them make a difference in their own and other's lives.

We offer Apprenticeship schemes in a range of industries, including:

• Business Administration
• Customer Services
• Retail
• and Hospitality Services.

Other programmes include

• LITC's SFA Right Futures, encouraging young Londoners to volunteer in their communities, while also gaining useful skills and experience and move towards employment, education or training
• Youth in Action which promotes active participation, EU citizenship and Youth Democracy.
