Giving women purpose and hope Working Chance helps women with criminal convictions - most of whom have been in prison - to develop their employability and self-belief and find a job they can thrive in.
We work with employers of all sizes across all sectors, finding jobs with real career prospects for thousands of women who would otherwise struggle in life and have a high chance of reoffending.
Although the majority of our work is with women with criminal convictions, from 2015 we've also worked with young women care leavers as we recognise that they can also face significant obstacles to employment and benefit from the support we provide.
For the women we work with, a job is more than an income - it means a future where she can flourish and contribute to society.
At its heart, our mission is to give women who've had very few breaks in life purpose, independence and hope.
