We help people who have nowhere to go and no-one to turn to.
Some are homeless, others are struggling to cope with the pressures in their lives and need our support to keep on track.
Working across Kent and the south east, we help vulnerable and isolated people get support with their mental health, housing, education and employment.
We provide children, young people and adults with the advice, guidance and skills to live independently in the future, play an active role in their local community and fulfill their potential.

We work with young people aged 8 to 17 to help them deal with any problems so that they can be the best they can be.
We provide practical and emotional support to families, helping them to stay safe and deal with any difficulties so that children and young people have the chance to flourish.
Helping young people improve issues related to mental health, emotional wellbeing and communication skills
That’s why our resettlement service, run in collaboration with The Forward Trust, works with substance misuse prison clients and their families and significant others.
