The Beck Youth Theatre (BYT) is an independent theatre company, consisting of about 90 members between the ages of 8 - 19.

BYT is one of the most exciting and professional youth theatre companies in the West London area. 

Their objectives are to promote the education of young people in the appreciation and practice of drama and the performing arts. 

All tutors are professionals, and they also have visiting specialist tutors for workshops.

Members take part in regular productions at The Beck and their youngest group also stage their own annual show locally. 

Throughout the year the students have many performance opportunities, some in professional panto, cabaret and West End shows.

Many of their members go on to pursue a career in acting, direction or stage management. 

BYT pride themselves in offering excellent tuition in a friendly environment.

The youngest members (8 - 11) meet on Tuesdays at The Beck Theatre.

The two older groups meet on Sundays at Bishopshalt School during term times.
